Lean Protocol Six-Month Results Promise

The Promise

If you satisfy all eligibility and adherence requirements but do not lose at least 10% of your Starting Weight by the end of the six-month results period, Lean Protocol will refund the programme fee paid to Lean Protocol.

Prescription medicines and products or services separately invoiced by a pharmacy, laboratory or other third party are not included in this refund.

Eligibility

The Promise applies only if you:

• Are a first-time Lean Protocol customer;
• Have a starting BMI of 30 or higher, confirmed during onboarding;
• Enrol in an eligible six-month Super Lean programme expressly identified as covered by this Promise;
• Are clinically approved by a registered medical practitioner for the applicable prescription-supported treatment plan; and
• Complete the programme in good faith.

It does not apply to Lean Reset, one-month or three-month programmes, extensions, renewals or any programme not expressly identified as eligible.

Adherence Requirements

During the six-month period, you must:

• Record your weight using the connected Lean Protocol smart scale in at least 75% of programme weeks;
• Follow prescribed treatment as directed, subject to any clinician-approved change or pause;
• Attend at least one doctor consultation per programme month;
• Attend at least two nutritionist or dietitian consultations per programme month;
• Log or share meals for at least four days per week in at least 75% of programme weeks;
• Complete reasonably required safety monitoring and investigations; and
• Record your Final Weight within 15 days after completing the six-month period.

Documented circumstances outside your reasonable control and clinician-directed treatment pauses will be reviewed fairly.

Measuring Results

Starting Weight means the first valid connected smart-scale reading recorded during onboarding.

Final Weight means the final valid connected smart-scale reading recorded within the permitted completion window.

Percentage weight loss is calculated as:

(Starting Weight − Final Weight) ÷ Starting Weight × 100

Manipulated, fabricated or another person's measurements will invalidate the claim.

Claiming the Refund

A claim must be emailed to support@leanprotocol.in within 15 days after the six-month results period ends.

Lean Protocol will review the participant's programme records, measurements and adherence information and ordinarily provide a written decision within 30 days after receiving a complete claim.

If all requirements are satisfied and weight loss is below 10%, the programme fee paid to Lean Protocol will be refunded.

When the Promise Does Not Apply

The Promise will not apply where:

• The programme is cancelled early for non-medical reasons;
• The adherence requirements are not satisfied;
• Material medical or programme information is withheld or misrepresented;
• Measurements or records are manipulated;
• Medicines are misused or safety instructions are materially disregarded; or
• There is fraud or abuse of the Promise.

If treatment is discontinued by the treating practitioner because of clinically significant side effects or safety concerns, the matter will be considered separately under the general medical-refund provisions.

The version of this Promise in force on the participant's purchase date will apply to that purchase. Nothing in this policy restricts rights available under applicable consumer law.
